Tally 9 Mantra for the powerful outstanding report option to perform Audit and review.
By default, Tally’s Outstanding Receivable/Payable report displays all bills that are outstanding as on the date of report.
You can customize the report with various parameters to view:
- Only overdue bills.
- Outstanding list without advance payments.
- Pending amount with post-dated transactions included.
- Pending amount with opening balance.
- All bills’ outstanding ‘age in days‘ from bill date irrespective of due date.
Default Receivable report.
Overdue bills as on the date of report are displayed as BOLD (Inv date- 19th Feb 06 and due on the same date, 19th Feb 06, report date 20th March 06, overdue by 29 days) and pending bills are listed in the normal font.
1.To View Only Overdue receivables.
From the Bills Outstanding report, press F12: Configure and set Range of Bills to Show as Overdue Bills.

In the statement of account outstanding is generated as per bill date how to generate as per due date which is incorporated in invoice voucher.
